Encountered an unprofessional and rude gate guard at Sea Oaks on 12/1/2025. Started yelling at me to back up before I said "Hello" into the call box from across the street because they don't accept Amazon deliveries before 7 am. Well, your residents ordered overnight delivery. So either change your policy and let normal, hard-working drivers in or make it CLEAR to residents that they CANNOT order overnight delivery!
