Sea-Mountain insurance could improve by treating all their customers, big and small, like equals. There was little to no follow through when I worked with a senior account-executive. Work was passed off and numerous things slipped through the cracks.
What is most important is to be able to get a prompt response when we have a question and generally be accessible. Jordan has done just that
