Today I called to inquire about my upcoming appointments. Kept going to voicemail and saying all reps are busy with other callers and to leave a callback number, and I won’t lose my place in line. I did that and that was almost 3 hours ago, still no callback from them!!! If it wasn’t for the great doctors I have I would drop this place like a hot potato! Disgusting patient care! I saw Dr. Oliver here several months ago for one visit, and one only. The doctor laughed to what I assume she thought was herself while reading my intake form after noting meralgia paresthestica out loud. Then in the same visit, refused to refill a medication I have been on for years, noting that she could not prescribe psychiatric medications, and I needed a psych consult after having just discussed my psychiatrist. I called on a Friday. They saw me the next Monday! The nurse Ceecee was professional, as well as the nurse practitioner Alissa, and Gina, the lady who drew my blood. They also have a pharmacy on site. A+ I highly recommend!
