too long of a waiting
VERY dissatisfied with the level of care I've received to the point I'm researching other providers. Apparently, the fact that I'm now off 80% of my daily meds cold turkey does not constitute an emergency according to this place! I mentioned it during an appointment to establish care....silence for about a month until I finally emailed. "Oh, you can't get refills until you have labs done." Ok, that was never communicated to me, but whatever. Went and got labs done...results are all over the board as I'm cold turkey off of go... read more
I have learned my lesson. Penney wise, pound foolish. I normally got treated at a clinic 20 miles away, but the gas and travel was a bit much. So I connected with Sea Mar. I didn't realize they'd slid so far Down the scale. My pcp suddenly left, I wanted an appointment. "July 15th" I was told. It was April 25th when I called! Now I realize this is a clinic, you take what you can get, but no offering of an earlier time, so I called my previously "Too Far" clinic. I'll see them May 1st. This place is horrible they will set an appointment for you over the phone but put it in the system as a different time. I had an appointment scheduled for over a month and I had called back to make sure I got the correct location and time ( including the day I had the appointment) I got there and was told I missed my appointment and there was nothing they could do about it after showing them proof of the appointment time I called in and spoke to the west Vancouver manager where I was told there was no record of my call earl... read more
