Ilya is absolutely amazing! My son has autism & NEVER let's anyone close to his face let alone his teeth. She shows my son & explains to him all of the things she'll be using & why. She talks to him throughout the process & praises him for doing such a great job! I am literally sitting here crying of pure joy because I feel like without her, I'm not sure how my son would get his teeth cleaned or have sealants. This gal deserves praise & a raise! Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!!!! The dentist here assaulted me, yelled at me during the procedure and caused permanent and painful damage to my jaw. These people are evil.
horrible place , I mean , every single time , with appointment the wait time is more than 25 mins . And they got a sign says” if u waited more than 15 mins let the front desk know “ that was so ironic . Today doing a filling . The doc spend 40more mins done one filling. Front desk came in to help .She does not know much . Many things were not prepared well before the filling . After it gets done, both corners of my mouth were bruised.
My daughter was scheduled here. So we went. The dental assistant by the name of Crystal - immediately reamed me about her being too young to be there; and said she should continue care where she was previously seen. She asked questions aggressively, and shook her head at me and shamed ME for seamars poor communications. Not only that, she told my daughter she wasn’t in pain when she hurt her.
