I am writing this review as a WARNING to potential patients. I was an established patient with a scheduled virtual appointment and discovered the morning of the appointment that I had been discharged without warning. There was no MyChart message, phone call, or prior discussion. I was told a letter had been sent, which I never received. I was informed that continued psychiatric care required therapy within SeaMar, despite previously stating I was receiving therapy elsewhere. Not great service. Headaches and face pain for almost weeks. I feel left behind and untreated.

If I could have break this place.Negative one I would. Horrible service. Send that I had a follow appointment. Didn't schedule it up? Ended up with extra shards of teeth coming out, causing severe pain and headache acted like I was stupid. Acted like it's my fault. Asked me if I always heal this way.. Give me antibiotic instead of pain medication.They're so worried about pain medication.They can't treat their patients well. Horrible place to get any work on your teeth done

What a horrible experience from the front desk and Daphne who needs some serious help with listening to clients and needs anger management. She's not well trained dealing with meds or patients constantly talking over you and blames you for when she forgets something very rude and has zero class. Avoid this facility at all costs. Your mental health will drop due to her pettiness. I was warned about her from her coworker and I didn't listen.
