I just called them and the lady was talking from the phone badly like her mouth was literally on the phone AND she put herself on muted and pretended like I couldn’t hear like and hang up on me. Trouble place I’ll be sure to report this everywhere .
My wife had come in for an appointment and the dental tech did not wait for numbing shots to kick in before drilling causing extreme pain and discomfort and did not regard my wife saying ow or being in pain. Not sure what school or who train the guy but this place needs some work and restaffing. Office staff has no Customer Service and a very blunt attitude. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. First and Piper at Sea Mar Dental in Tumwater. Dr. First does absolutely amazing work, and it’s clear that he genuinely has his patients’ best interests at heart. He teaches me something new at every appointment, explains what he’s doing and why, and somehow manages to be incredibly thorough while still working quickly. So far my experience here hasn’t been the best. I had A broken tooth and was told I’d have to go to a different location, while reading from so many other reviews that they pulled out their tooth! So not sure what the issue was. A place that can’t do more than just a simple filling isn’t a place one should go to. 2nd got my filling done and there’s a bum still , i couldn’t feel it before because my mouth was numb but now that it went down.
