So far my experience here hasn’t been the best. I had A broken tooth and was told I’d have to go to a different location, while reading from so many other reviews that they pulled out their tooth! So not sure what the issue was. A place that can’t do more than just a simple filling isn’t a place one should go to. 2nd got my filling done and there’s a bum still , i couldn’t feel it before because my mouth was numb but now that it went down. Amazing staff. My dentist was sweet, straightforward and honest and I didn't feel rushed. Dental hygienist was absolutely top notch (shout out to pieper) ,sorry its spelled wrong. Highly recommend this dental place. Great experience!
So the first visit here for a cleaning went well, I scheduled 2 more upcoming appointments to get 2 fillings done. The day before I call to make sure everything is good they canceled my appointment because they said it wasn’t confirmed in which I did confirm my appointment by text message. No one tried calling me to see if I wanted to reschedule or anything they were just going to let me coming into the office for nothing. This is the most terrible place that everyone should not come here. I came here for a period of time and one of my toot is broken than i call to make apointment the lady toke 15 minutes to check see any available after that put me on hold for another 15 minutes. Finally she said they can not do it. I don't recommend people come here because they have terrible services and terrible experience.
I came in with tooth that was a previous root canal that broke off at the gum line. They wouldn't pull it the first appointment, or the second.. they wanted a cleaning done first. So that's 3 appointments to pull a tooth! Then when it's 2 days before my appointment, I didn't type "yes" on the text to reconfirm my appointment for the 2nd time and it automatically cancels the appointment.
