They unfortunately give out wrong info or lack of info. Just found out that you do not have to do the dietary appointments that it is your right to decline. That doesnt mean they can decline benefits. Also i moved and when i asked for a closer wic office they were reluctant to help give info. Im assuming if you change offices you are one less person. creating less funding. Either way not the clients problem and they should be helpful.
