The experience at the treatment center was life-changing. The staff genuinely cares about recovery and provides a supportive environment. The counselors and medical team offer the tools and guidance necessary for the healing process. Specifically, my counselor Heather 💓 was amazing and played a significant role in my journey. This facility is a safe space where individuals are heard and respected. For anyone seeking help, this place is highly recommended. 💞
If I could leave a 0 star rating i definitely WOULD! My man got transferred there & they had him on a 72 hour hold, well the 72 hour hold is up & they won’t even ALLOW him to call until a certain time. In my personal opinion it’s just really dumb.
Staff is great had a lot of help and my counselor was awesome and very helpful I would totally recommend it and you get what you put into it
Have been trying to get into treatment here for weeks . Can not get a call back.. roi's have been faxed. Call around 10x daily this week. To still b without an answer on when is my bed date
I will keep it short. Based on my experience, this place is an outrageously insensitive place with no respect to patients and their parents. Zero stars if it was available.
