Staff is very rude and incompeted.
I was a patient at this clinic in 2021 while pregnant with my 1st child. I didn’t realize until now, being pregnant with my 2nd child, and under the care of a Virginia Mason clinic, what terrible care I received here. At the time, I had nothing to compare the experience to, but now, looking back, I realize I was treated so poorly by Dr. Allam. I had to reschedule 3 different times then when I went there, I was waiting a half an hour before a receptionist told me the Dr was 2 hrs behind. I scheduled with a different doctor they had. He was very quick, straight to the point, and I was out quickly.
