This is the most incompetent medical office I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Providers here have: prescribed my meds in the wrong format (grams instead of milligrams), sent compounded meds to non-compounding pharmacies, needed to be walked through prior authorizations, and are absolutely incapable of getting refills for meds. I was referred to a place for my spinal injections that does not do spinal injections. Go literally anywhere else.
I've been here 3 separate occasions, all of them have been efficient, professional and thorough. Really appreciated the staff, and convenience of the very low cost pharmacy in the same building. I'm shocked at these other reviews, I've really had only good, friendly and kind experiences here!
