I am very disappointed with Sea Mar’s phone customer service. This is not from one bad call. I have had the same problems many times with different representatives. Some representatives have attitudes, are rude, or make it difficult to get basic help. I have also been hung up on while I was still trying to get help. Patients should not have to call multiple times just to find someone willing to answer a simple question. The appointment information is also very inconsistent. After a two month separation from work, I decided to temporarily enroll in coverage from market place, and of course, WA unlike 95% of other states have their own internal program designed to degrade another federally funded program, so as a result, I could not find any other facility than this place to see. This clinic is full of helpful employees, but at least every other employee here has face tattoos...etc, not the most confidence inspiring sight when receiving medical aid and services. WORST clinic ever! First visit and even though I called to tell them I would be 10 minutes late they still made me wait 1.5hr!!! Finally I had to speak to a supervisor and that didn’t even help the matter. I made another appointment and the lady made it under my husband’s name and with a GUY NP not a woman like I had asked for smh. These people are so dumb here. GO ELSEWHERE!
