The practitioner Maryan is unprofessional and uncaring "well then you should have scheduled something a while ago". Today I had an appointment to get paperwork done. Paperwork that I was told that they could fill out. During this appointment she informed me that it is not something that she is comfortable filling out which I completely understand although it was upsetting and I was very disappointed.
