I just called this Seamar location since I moved from Everett. I have been seen in Everett in the last few years. The receptionist 1-had a horrible attitude on the phone. 2-told me I haven’t been seen when I know I have (and have records) of being seen at sea mar in Everett with in the last few years. Even if you’re having a mental health crisis I would NOT recommend this location. 👎
….These clinic has the WORST FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST . They NEVER greet patients (only co-workers), they NEVER smile (only to their co-workers), they are ALWAYS rude (except to their co-workers) and they have NO patience for patients (specially for the ones that are hurting ). The woman with butterfly tattoos has the most sour and apathetic attitude of anyone I've ever met. She doesn't listen to a single word anyone says and seems to really genuinely hate her job. She makes SeaMar feel cheaper than it actually is and makes it such an awful experience that I want to avoid getting medical care just to avoid dealing with her. Honestly, I feel kinda sad for her, cause you gotta feel pretty miserable on the inside to act like that on the outside.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THE BUSSINES ANY OF YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THE STAFF IS TRULY THE WORST. RUDE AND UNHELPFUL IN EVER WAY
