The doctor I had a female very judgemental and rude, if it wasn't so hard getting a doctor through the VA I would switch. My advise please remove the broomstick hidden up your tail and chill out! Nasty and short with me asking health questions part of being a doctor is being human and, if that is not in your personality please change careers. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic turned out to be disappointing, despite an initially positive impression and high expectations. The main issue appears to be organizational rather than medical. The clinic uses the MyChart (Epic) online system for scheduling, confirming visits, and communicating with providers. "Unfortunately, I have to leave a low rating because this clinic repeatedly overbooks appointments. I waited over an hour for a 15-minute visit, which has happened more than once. I respect the doctor's time, but patients' time is valuable too. I hope they can improve their scheduling because the medical care itself is good."
