The staff displayed a lack of professionalism, and the overall environment was disappointing. A relative of mine who worked there was abruptly removed from the team without fair treatment or proper communication. Management was unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue when it occurred. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this facility to others — it was truly one of the worst experiences I've had.
no treatment center is going to be fun. that being said, I had already been to 4 of them in my 20 years of addiction and the counselors actually care "for the most part" I went in sept 3rd 2023 and was in 42 days. I now am approaching a year of sobriety and its pretty awesome. thank you guys for everything. Billy C
These people are so dishonest. None of them are about you. Could care less if you died. They lie on your medical charts to make themselves sound good.
2.6, seems to me to be a low rating....have heard of many who after the procedure, more teeth are sensitive.
If you want competence, go somewhere else! Their receptionist is unable to follow simple instructions. She has "tried" to send me to UW twice now. That involves filling out an online form. After her first failed attempt, UW staff called her on my behalf. That staff describes their conversation with her as "difficult." My doctor was able to refer me within hours but they are still waiting on Sea Mar's referral because they need the images that Sea Mar has of my tooth. Given the limited services; basically emergency cleaning and root canals (need full time hygienist). Same with medical services. The support staff take all the heat from the fire. Can you imagine the COVID’s screening everyday all day. Send flowers!
3rd world health care treatment in a first world country. The place is dirty. I was not screened properly for COVID19 nor was anyone else when I went there today. Dr. Aura treated like me like a dumb ignorant peasant because I am poor, disabled and on public insurance acting like I didn't know where my stomach was when I complained of acid problems having been already diagnosed by the last health professional at health point she kept saying I had pain "somewhere in my abdomen" Like I am 49 years old and I have an MBA degree ... read more
Getting upper plates, they pulled 3 teeth, they cancelled the next 5 appts, left me hanging with 4 teeth! Couldn't talk with a supervisor, apparently always too busy...made spot w Marysville dental, was in the chair w bib on, dentist came in and said he was on call and couldn't extract. Had to finally call and make complaint w D.O.H. Paid out of pocket and went to professionals.
Dr.Olsen is horrible. He cracked multiple teeth. Pushed a wedge deeply between my teeth so hard he loosened them. His chart notes do not reflect the harm he causes. He is jeckle and hyde hiding behind pediatric dentistry. Just a horrible and unethical man. zero stars.
