So my regular dentist who I have been seeing at this clinic for the last 2 to 3 years is really great she always makes me feel safe does a really good job last time I came in a few weeks ago felt like she just was trying to rush through it almost like she didn't even want to deal with me felt like my teeth weren't fully clean I also stated that the water they were using on my mouth tasted really odd it was almost like bitter and sour there was no real explanation for it the thing that the dental assistant was using which is ... read more
This place was so rude to my Mom. I can't believe how awful they were, and how they treated her like that. This place is a joke!
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID COMING HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. 2 days in a row doing deep cleaning and terrible experience from beginning to end. Got charged $740 for a dental appointment and they weren't clear on how their sliding scale system worked with insurance so I got screwed on getting help with that bill. Low income service without low income prices, just go to a regular clinic it's probably cheaper and you'll get better service. I'll change this to 5 stars if this gets resolved.
It’s disappointing to see Dr. Ochoa contribute to an unhealthy and uncomfortable work environment. I’ve seen first hand how he talks to the assistants. His comments and behavior are not appropriate for a clinical setting, and it’s especially inappropriate for a pediatric dentist to address his patients as ‘mi amor‘
