Reception making it more difficult than it needs to be to get mental health help. They need to understand that people who are trying to get help shouldn't be immediately dismissed just because they don't know an answer to an insurance question right away. I was appalled at the way my partner and then I was treated. The lady who runs the place is the absolute worse. I had had an appointment scheduled for months. And I find out today before the appointment that they've cancelled my appointment and closed out the case.( keep in mind like I said I schedule this appointment months ago. The very kind lady at the front desk transferred me to her supervisor and there was nothing she could do.She just kept telling me my case was canceled and that I'll have to go to another clinic.
