The lady who runs the place is the absolute worse. I had had an appointment scheduled for months. And I find out today before the appointment that they've cancelled my appointment and closed out the case.( keep in mind like I said I schedule this appointment months ago. The very kind lady at the front desk transferred me to her supervisor and there was nothing she could do.She just kept telling me my case was canceled and that I'll have to go to another clinic. It surprises me how unprofessional sea Mar can be but this place is at a whole new level of just not caring about anything.
I came in here a year ago probably exactly a year ago. And I needed help filing for disability because I’m severely disabled. And they got me appointment I went through the whole appointment and she told me she submitted the application and we ended our session. She ruined my life because she didn’t actually submit the application and now I have no help to apply again and I lost the income I was getting because I didn’t apply even tho I did and I did everything I was supposed to the lousy workers here didn’t do their end and... read more
