I had a very frustrating experience at Sea Mar in Lynnwood today and won’t be going back. I originally had a 10:45 AM appointment, which I missed because there were no reminder texts or calls—something most clinics provide. When I called to reschedule, they told me to come in at 3:45 PM and to check in at 3:30. I arrived early at 3:25 PM, checked in, and then sat in the waiting room for nearly two hours.
