Have sent all my referrals to the wrong places. Avoid
Wait times can sometimes be long but this seems to be improving a bit. Dr. Lakin is excellent in my opinion. She never ignores any concerns I have and when I needed a surgery she got the ball rolling on that the same day. I never have problems with refills, getting vaccines, or labs being done. My health has improved quite a bit since I started seeing Dr. Lakin.
My most recent visit to the clinic took a full hour longer than it should have, during which time some of my medical records were erased, and the lab sample I provided just disappeared. I tried calling them about this, and no solution was even offered. I tried to contact the clinic's management twice, no response. At least in terms of the clinic, they're just too understaffed.
