Doctor's, nurses, lab staff, and license people in the clinics are the best, some of the receptionist are really unprofessional , they don't know what is "Customer Service" I suggest this front people you are representing a brand, and if you are not happy with your job only getting pay to receive calls, and sitting for long hours, then go to get the career you want! and Good Luck!.
