My most recent visit to the clinic took a full hour longer than it should have, during which time some of my medical records were erased, and the lab sample I provided just disappeared. I tried calling them about this, and no solution was even offered. I tried to contact the clinic's management twice, no response. At least in terms of the clinic, they're just too understaffed. Was given a DEADLY medication at the neglect of a doctor, then the following doctor suggested I take poisonous amounts of tylenol. No referral or treatment. Discriminatory, and lawsuit pending. I will not stand for this treatment. I have a family I love and protect and his outright REFUSAL to pay proper attention to patients will not stand.

I give it 5 stars because of Doctor Cecilia, she is so professional and kind and always cares about her patients and listens to you, she loves and enjoys her job, but if it weren't for her I wouldn't be there, I've had some inconveniences with the waiting time and someone always forgets to put my insurance on my visits, which generates a debt for me and I always have to be asking them to do it, I don't understand why it doesn't work like other places where once you put in your medical insurance it's just a matter of making s... read more
