Leticia needs to change her attitude. I’m surprised that a place like this hires people like her. Her overall all appearance is not what you would like to see for an establishment like this.

They need to get a new front desk person!!! really unprofessional and rude. the women there (laticia) doesn't listen to you and talks back. when im so frustrated cause i've been trying to schedule for over a month now. it wouldn't bother me if she was nice as others places front desk. but supper rude and arrogent lady doesn't give right direction on what to do and blames it on you. worst client service i've ever experienced in my life.
Canceled all medication without acknowledgement. Incredibly rude and practices here can cause a real physical danger to patients. Go anywhere else possible.
