I met with dr sarah dashwood today and i cant say enough nice things. Its doctors like her that give me faith in the medical system. Thank you dr. Dashwood u are a class act.
I would first like to start off by saying: most, if not all, of the negative reviews here seem to be a few years old. I have been going to this clinic for my daughter since she was born in April of this year. They’ve been nothing but helpful, kind, patient, supportive. I was very disappointed with the service I’ve received here recently. They have been rude and difficult to work with and have not done what they said they were goi g to do which has left me in pain for longer than necessary. I’ve tried to bring my concerns to management but they haven’t followed up with me which just shows their lack of concern. Update - 5/15/24 The providers at this clinic are cold and not helpful. The Providers are good. But the front staff is horrible. The girl told me my appointment was at 1pm and after showing up early, signing in and stating my appointment is at 1pm, I ha to ask why I was still waiting at 137pm? The answer i was given was, oh your appointment is at 145! No one had the enough common sense to tell me, a cloudy head, sick patient, that my appointment had changed. Very inconciderate. If it wasnt close my house I wouldn't return ONLY because of the front desk staff. Nurses are awesome also.
Everything about this business is unprofessional. I could've gotten my Covid vaccine done today at another clinic but chose this one since they were closer and supposedly they do walk-ins. Their goofy website doesn't give hours for when they're doing vaccines, however, so I assumed it was during normal business hours. They're supposed to be open until 9 on Wednesday.
