I scheduled a first-time primary care appointment for my wife. We were told we would receive a confirmation message tomorrow to confirm the appointment , but instead the clinic called twice late in the afternoon around 4:30 to 5 and canceled the appointment immediately when I couldn’t answer due to a work meeting. My daughter doctor forgot to give the refill of my daughter pills to the pharmacy her name is prathavini Mathias. This is unreasonable and very Bad for the sea mar clinic why would you do this to my daughter now she is in a hospital because of you stupidity that you said you forgot that is not supposed to happen. I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. The staff were unorganized and not helpful at all. The dentist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain what was going on. I felt very uncomfortable and not cared for as a patient. The waiting time was long even though I had an appointment, and the front desk communication was poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone — there are much better dental offices that actually respect your time and care about their patients.
