Wish I wasn't giving such a low review, but the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. I have an issue regarding incorrect billing, and I've been on hold for 2 hours. Going on 2 hours and a half now. It's ridiculous that someone hasn't checked-in or even just said they were too busy and can call back. Great service in-person, but terrible ability to answer the phone. Going on 2hrs and 50 minutes. I am now going to hangup, and I hope nobody else has to experience such a waste of time.
