First, Dr Yew is amazing, friendly and kind! The nurses are rude and unprofessional. My daughter does not deserve to be snapped at because she didn't turn around fast enough.
Dr Johnson has been my Dr for a year. He has been patient, kind, understanding, basically a miracle in my life. He has made me so comfortable, when normally I hate going to the dr. Thank you
The interior of the building could use some updating however the medical care I received was well about par from my experience. While Dr. Greene still has to work within the parameters of the medical industry, she does so with care and compassion. From my experiences with her I feel like she genuinely cares about her patients. She gladly takes the time to listen to and address my concerns at the appointments. When we called for a low income tooth breakage emergency, I was told they'd only be able to see us today for the exam/consultation ONLY at a whopping 526$... But then we get 40% off. Ok that's still MORE than any other regular dentist in Vancouver. And the kicker? They would NOT be able to do ANY work on the broken painful tooth today that's another appt at another 600+$ charge. It's the same price OR CHEAPER to go any normal place! They didn't know the price of their own services either and I had to call and wait 3 times on... read more
