scheduled an appointment without my knowledge when i was transfering, had to call my prior therapist to even find out there was an appointment. took longer than a month to transfer and the overall patient care isnt very good :[
I had an initial screening that I scheduled in July and couldn’t get an appointment until December. I had my initial screening with Zebedee for an hour and a half and talked about some intense stuff. At the end of it he let me know that my diagnosis was in “partial remission” and we did not need to continue services and will discharge my case. Terrible! These people started treating my middleschooler without my consent. Got them signed up for medicaid which triggered childsupport...from her parent that live together with them and other parent(everyone in one home)TO other parent in same home. My daughter went in a tomboy angry about her brother being put in coma and left with a third set of pronouns and with cutting triggers!
If I could give this place no stars I would. I lost my belief in the entire profession. I researched the history of the mental health professionals and now I am a misanthrope. I am a monster and hate everyone and everything. If you want help I would suggest you not look to behavioral health to improve your state of mind. Damage is all they have to give you.
