Went today for a breast exam they had a fred hutch big truck in back i had 315 got there 3pm they said yes go to the back we do see your scheduled appt. I go to the truck fred hutch said no your not on list today. Dont see me,go back in to reception they say oh sorry doctor did not put referral in 2 weeks before we can schedule a early morning no thanks schedule me late afternoon or going to planned parenthood,can go elsewhere not here,refer me out to late afternoon. Good Riddance!! Absolutely the worst if you need to see your doctor. The wait list is 2 1/2 months. Even after a ER visit. If you could give a zero star I would.
Called ahead to ask if there were appointments available since we were coming from 40mins away with a sick 2 month-old baby. I was told there were appointments available only to find that there were no more at our arrival. The medical assistants were nice enough to check my baby for a fever and O2 saturation but the doctor refused to check my baby any further and sent us to urgent care if we really needed it. A waste of time and lack of consideration from the doctors at this clinic.
I called and spoke with a lady about needing an appointment to get a letter for my cat. The lady over the phone told me I did not need an appointment and that I could come in any day 8am-11am without an appointment because it was a simple letter. Fast forward to today and I go in and I’m told I DO in fact need an appointment and they refused to write the letter. I spoke to two ladies who denied to write the letter. The drinking water in the waiting room is contaminated. I showed the front desk the contaminated water and they said they would make the director aware.. it hasn't been closed. I left the cup at the front desk before I was able to get a picture. I hope no one gets sick and the machine gets serviced promptly
