Worst administration service ever. I’ve had them reschedule my appointment 2 times now, without any calls or emails regarding the cancellations. I decided to give them another chance, so I arrived to my appointment today and yet again my appointment had been canceled because the provider was no longer available. Looking for a new place to see me because this Sea Mar absolutely sucks.
I can't believe SeaMar Clinic has lost enough funding that they'd resort to taking advantage of my mom — who is elderly, disabled, and low-income. My mom recently moved to a different state, and her new apartment complex needed proof of her disability status. They required documentation from her family doctor. When I contacted SeaMar, instead of simply providing her records, they insisted she return in person. Es increíble que pleno 2025 para conseguir una cita de walk in quieren que vayas y estés ahí esperando a ver si hay lugar para ti , que pasa con toda esa gente que trabaja ? No tenemos el tiempo desafortunadamente para irnos a sentar y esperar a ver si te toca que te atiendan !! Tanta tecnología que existe y no son capaces de dar citas ya sea vía online y por teléfono para el mismo día. Yo sé que si cuentan con citas pero a veces toma días que te atiendan.
