They have too few doctors and people at the front desk. The dental clinic some time back quit having ANYONE at their counter they have very few dentists and I see a new face every time I visit. Even then they are dealing with several patientsat a time I can't seem to get any feedback from my Primary care doctor. I'm always running short on my medications near the end of the month and have had to buy them because of a lack of refills.
