I went in to pay a bill which nobody likes! But the two gals at the front desk closest to the entrance today Friday June 5th made paying the bill as painless as all get out! Not the fact that the credit card machine didn't work a few times. Just their big smiles and personalities. Keep up the good work gals!
Dr Saraswat canceled the last three appointments same day. The facility manager didn't handle my formal complaints adequately. Completely unacceptable on all accounts.
I had scheduled an appointment in November for February, and on the day of the appointment, I recieved a call that the doctor would not be there and needed to reschedule for May.
