I try to eat there at least once a week! I went there originally for the Charbroil Shrimp and now the Lighthouse Fish has got me. The flavor is reminiscent of what my mom use to make! Now that I think of it I am going back for the Shrimp; MMMMMMM!
I went here for lunch. I had the grilled shrimp. The customer service and food was excellent. The prices were good. I will go back.
It may not have the service of Red Lobster but the seafood tastes 100% better. Everything is cooked to order and very reasonable prices. Sea Island Shrimp House is my favorite restaurant in San Antonio.

Well Established and Managed. Good Service. Not as pricy as other Competitors and good quality/wide variety choices.
From the moment you walk into Sea Island you feel welcomed, everyone is smiling and ready to help you. The food is outstanding. Being that I am so particular about fish, I find it very difficult to go to any other seafood restaurant. The fish and shrimp is out of this world delicious; as is the shrimp gumbo, just like grandma used to make.
