Weekend care here is a joke. The doctor Zakihia Moultrie Is rude and very inconsiderate. She seems to have an attitude every time I’ve needed an urgent care on the weekend. I was being seen for a pretty bad knee injury. I was told they don’t prescribe anything stronger than ibuprofen at this facility. If you can avoid this doctor at all cost!
This place is weird, not only were they short staff, they had the audacity to have an attitude! Went to MEDCARE in goose Creek Their whole staff was wonderful!!
I would not recommend this facility. We called ahead to confirm they could evaluate a possible broken collarbone and were told to come in. When we arrived, my husband was in severe pain and could barely move his arm. Tatiyana’s behavior was completely unacceptable. When he hesitated to move due to pain, she was condescending and dismissive instead of offering help or showing any basic compassion. Amanda, PA, did nothing to improve the situation.
