These people are going to get themselves killed or someone in your family killed. They had a technician come into my home and work on my LIVE AC unit. They never disconnected the breaker. He used a copper brush and destroyed the fins on my condenser coil. He used a USED GATORADE BOTTLE on my indoor coil condenser to clean out the fins. He lied and said he didn't have his work truck so he didn't have the proper equipment. His work truck is on video. I complained and the owner came out. These people need to train their drivers about safe driving! We have one of their employees road raging on the street, brake checking people, and flipping people off! Great way to represent the company! I don't recommend these people. They might just want to pick a fight with you if you disagree with them.
