Our experience with Roland and Jo was absolutely incredible. The flight with Roland was spectacular and included seeing whales and flying over a glacier. Jo was an amazing bear guide and her knowledge and understanding of the bears was evident. We highly recommend Seahawk Air.
A truly beautiful experience !!! Not only did we see some bear but, the scenery is absolutely breath taking !!!! Rolan and Jo are awesome guides from start to finish and 100% love what they do !!!! Thank you for making our experience something we will never forget !!!!
Roland and the crew are the best!!! The service is the best in Kodiak! Roland flew me out on a bear hunt to Terror Bay and out us on a great place to camp. Saw lots of bears. Great Hunt, great flight! Thanks everyone at Seahawk for a memorable trip. Will definitely see you again!!

Amazing experience! Jo, Roland, and the rest at Sea Hawk gave me and my family an experience more than we hoped or asked.
Our bear viewing experience was truly a once in a lifetime event. Rolan gave a great tour from the sky of the area, and Jo's expert guidance in viewing the bears made us feel safe and comfortable in their habitat. Lunch on the plane on the way home equaled the quality of our adventure. We circled around two whales Rolan spotted and he took the time to make sure all passengers saw them. Seahawk is definitely an A+ operation!
The adventure of a lifetime! Great pilot! Great guide! They even provided lunch! As well as hip waders -- now that is an interesting sensation.... This was my first time in a float plane and it was a great experience, just slightly less incredible than being surrounded by the great brown bears of Katmai with Jo Murray but some of the most stunning scenery I have ever seen in my life time (and I am privileged to live in Colorado). Thanks for such a great experience!.
The best there is! Diffently one of the best pilots out there Rolan! Did a 7 day goat hunt and couldn't ask for any one else than sea hawk air.
