We love working with Seanna And Amy. They do a fantastic job managing our rental property in Islamorada. Living in NJ we can’t keep a handle on everything we need for our guests, and with Seanna holding down the fort in front he Keys we never worry about it. She is fantastic and the guests love her.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! As a local, I unfortunately cannot recommend renting from this company. They’ve been the most disappointing landlord I’ve ever encountered. Don’t worry about your security deposit; they’ll claim it’s theirs to keep. I lived there for a year and had to deal with accusations of damage. And here’s the kicker—they’re gutting the entire place because the apartment I lived in didn’t meet standards. So, they’re essentially using my deposit to remodel the new apartment. I recently booked a one-week stay at a vacation rental condo through Sea Haven. Seanna helped me through the process, and she was very responsive and friendly. It's very clear that they value their guests. The condo itself was beautiful, exactly as they described it, and very clean.
