The location is great, the restaurant next door is fantastic, the beach is lovely, the internet photos are promising, but sadly our stay wasn’t so good, and we felt a bit catfished once we arrived. The management is like working with the mysterious wizard behind the curtain (spoiler alert- don’t waste time to try for a refund, they do not dabble in that type of customer service). The view and easy access to the beach is the higher review. The kitchen was a nice addition to have access to and we did use that. Basic cooking pans and utensils, the plates and utensils were clean. The rental could use some TLC. There was rust on vents, counter was missing formica on corners, door to microwave was showing damage. The shower had where you needed to turn handles to cold to get hot water, needed to hold latch when flushing toilets. Fans provided but needed to be cleaned. Room was totally not what was pictured room was way out dated and smelled like a horrible ash tray. When told then about issue they told me they could come spray air freshener and I was out of luck even though hotel was only half full and would not consider any discount . They also said never had any complaints of smell before even though found smoke deodorant spray and killz paint and cigarette stain on counter. I would never come here again, only bright side was restaurant next door.

Great beachfront view and access. Units are clean. Some have two beds, others have a bed and a hide-a-bed sofa. I believe all have two full barhrooms, which is nice. Internet works but drops out now and then.

My family and I have been staying here for many years. And every time until this one have loved our stay. Customer service use to be the best, that's why we loved it so much. After this time we all decided to find a new favorite place to stay.
