Always a highlight of every weekend visit to the "island" is dinner, lunch or both at the Sea Grass Grille - everything on the menu is served not only hot ...but especially for you!!! Sooooo the next time you are there and Cheryl, Elizabeth, Julie or Cathy say...and they do say this "hot plate" you had better believe - it is. Also when you are there stop by the kitchen and say hello to chef and co-owner Chad Newman - because once you have been there you will become part of the family
My halibut in the creamy mushroom sauce was so delicious last night.
Favorite place to eat on HHI, lucked into it the first time, usually eat there everytime I'm down. A cozy place, open kitchen, you can watch your meal being made. Beautiful plates with bright colorful vegetables, served hot so your meal stays warm. A good selection of wines and bar, generous pours. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, helpful, attentive. Diverse menu with specials that are seasonal and interesting. Good value, eat there a few times and you're one of the regulars.
