Tina is such a strong support to me. She gives me advice and talks to me about concrete tools I can use to help individual situations I am working to improve.
Marybeth, is probably one of the most detailed counselors I’ve ever had! She listens and has journals ( which I think is great so you can see what your are discussing ). She knows how to word things so you understand and plays no favs which is a good sign of a good therapist!
I have absolutely loved utilizing counseling through Sea Glass Counseling Collaborative. Absolutely love this office AND my Therapist!! The office is quiet but welcoming and the staff are all very friendly. My 13 year old son and myself go to Jayme Sampler and she is the best! She has been a huge part of big changes for us over the last 2 years!! I highly recommend checking it out!
