I had a horrible experience with them, not only was the 3 hours presentation, but they didn't give us what they promised for going. They offered a 4 night paid vacation, and we got absolutely nothing! They are just liars, and i really want to cancel my timeshare as soon as possible. I've already tried to do it directly with them, but they just said "no". I will never require for their services again nor trust my personel money information with them, obviously they can't keep their records straight and due to their oversight on a cancellation a month ago that they did not correct, puts a strain on others. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOBODY TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!
