These apartments are nasty, they’re roach infested. Do not live here, they’ll come to spray for the roach problem but that doesn’t solve anything. Roach infested apartments

I’ve been living at Seafox apartments for nearly three years now. It’s a safe and welcoming community, but the previous management wasn’t keeping up with things as they should have. However, since the new manager, John, took over, I’ve been truly impressed by the improvements. John is incredibly understanding and consistently goes above and beyond to help residents. Sea Fox has lots of glowing reviews, so I was excited to apply and hopefully live there. I called repeatedly over the course of several weeks, at varying times of day, and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. After weeks of attempting to reach somebody, I was finally able to talk to someone and then I took the steps to begin applying. They let me know a unit that met my needs was available, and all I had to do was pay the $40 background check fee and we could move forward. I have been living here for 2 years I like it some of the neighbors are very nice very welcoming. And I really like the maintenance guy he's very nice I know sometimes it is hard to understand his English however I like the fact that he gets the job done. I respect him very much. I loved the previous maintenance lady her name was Alison however she no longer works there anymore we have a new maintenance lady and she seems very nice.
