I’ve been living at Seafox apartments for nearly three years now. It’s a safe and welcoming community, but the previous management wasn’t keeping up with things as they should have. Sea Fox has lots of glowing reviews, so I was excited to apply and hopefully live there. I called repeatedly over the course of several weeks, at varying times of day, and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. After weeks of attempting to reach somebody, I was finally able to talk to someone and then I took the steps to begin applying. They let me know a unit that met my needs was available, and all I had to do was pay the $40 background check fee and we could move forward. Updated entry 2023: I've now been living at Sea Fox for 2-1/2 years and am still very happy! This is a relatively quiet place. The other residents are all relatively nice and easy to get along with. Tami the Manager is the best! She does a very good job and sets the tone for us all to be well taken care of. The maintenance person is super nice and does a great job too! I have been living here for 2 years I like it some of the neighbors are very nice very welcoming. And I really like the maintenance guy he's very nice I know sometimes it is hard to understand his English however I like the fact that he gets the job done. I respect him very much. Quick to respond when emailing for information about the availability they have. All questions was answered via email, in a well mannered, professional way. Apartment is well care of, as well as laundromat. Neighbors are friendly, doing their own business. Always have available parking that is vlose to the apartment. I would highly recommend this place to famiky and friends. The manager Eric is nice, able to walk through with you through everything and answer questions you might have concerning the apartment.
