Living here was such a wonderful experience, especially because this was my very first apartment. Julie was an amazing landlord throughout my time here. She was always kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about her tenants. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and respectfully. I’ve been living at Seafox apartments for nearly three years now. It’s a safe and welcoming community, but the previous management wasn’t keeping up with things as they should have. However, since the new manager, John, took over, I’ve been truly impressed by the improvements. John is incredibly understanding and consistently goes above and beyond to help residents. Updated entry 2026: I'm now happier than ever with Sea Fox! The Apartment Manager Julie is ultra-capable. She takes care of every detail ensuring Sea Fox to be clean, in order and quiet. Maintenance Man Mike has marvelously taken care of a couple recent maintenance requests going above and beyond with the quality of workmanship! Sea Fox has lots of glowing reviews, so I was excited to apply and hopefully live there. I called repeatedly over the course of several weeks, at varying times of day, and couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. After weeks of attempting to reach somebody, I was finally able to talk to someone and then I took the steps to begin applying. I have been living here for 2 years I like it some of the neighbors are very nice very welcoming. And I really like the maintenance guy he's very nice I know sometimes it is hard to understand his English however I like the fact that he gets the job done. I respect him very much. I loved the previous maintenance lady her name was Alison however she no longer works there anymore we have a new maintenance lady and she seems very nice.
