Excellent customer service from Kevin and Alec. I was coming for two late evening and night dives and live in Chilliwack and needed to rent gear. Their shop closes at 7pm and I really didn't want to drive out the next day and spend 3 hours driving back and forth to return gear. I explained my situation and asked if there was a way to drop off late and Kevin offered to meet me at the shop for 10pm (I got there at 1020pm) and he was happy to do it.
