Contacted SeaCoast that our AC was not keeping up with what the thermostat was set at. The first service rep determined that the AC was working fine. He diagnosed the system and checked the ductwork and found no problems. However he thought that we may need to have our ductwork replaced. He quoted us at $10 to 15 thousand. Great service, Tom has a great personality, and does a great job.
Called after hours after a/c stopped working. Called a number of companies who said they were 24 hrs (were not) or outrageous fees. The on call operator was great and left a very good impression and died laughing when i asked if she was real. Checked their rating and the service tech was great. Explained what was wrong ,gave us the price for repair. Was so kind and knew what he was doing,we signed up for their maintenance program
Excellent service at a fair price!! Came out the same day and got the unit up and running
