Great location; 3rd floor has amazing coast and ocean views! The building is a bit dated but very comfortable. We saw dolphins in the surf near shore!

My family and I Stayed at 101b. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting room. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Caked on dust, filthy bathrooms and uncleaned floors. Asked multiple times to have the cleaning service come. We didnt even want to put our luggage down on the floor. My husband spent time out of our vacation cleaning the bathrooms and other various rooms and items.
