Since working with Kat I no longer suffer from the mind fog I had just accepted was apart of life. I also gained back the first half of my morning by being more focused on work and not feeling uncomfortable. Kat's curriculum is perfect for me because it's packed with self service information and videos. It's geared towards right size bites of information but with resources to learn more.
I found Dr. Bodden after a lengthy, debilitating illness. I actually felt quite hopeless before I found her, having no success working with other doctors. I really enjoyed working with Dr. Bodden and would highly encourage anyone looking for health and balance to work with her! She has the unique ability and skillset to marry Western Medicine with Eastern Medicine. She is passionate, well researched, extremely professional and actually cares about her patients in a very authentic way.
