I had the southern fried chicken which was like nothing I have ever had before. it is coated in fig jam and then flash fried. I have never experienced such moist and flavorful chicken!! Hope was our waitress and I would like for ya'll to request her when you go in to prove for yourself how amazing their food is. my husband had broiled scallops which he gave 2 thumbs up. it is a bit pricey but I actually think it was worth every single penny.

Food and service were both awesome and excellent
The food was very good. Our table had the bang bang shrimp and bacon wrapped scallops as appetizers; salmon, crab cakes, filet, and shrimp as entrees. The restaurant also offers unlimited house made hush puppies which were amazing. Definitely recommend making reservations. There is an outdoor bar with live music on the weekends.
Yes I recommend the Sea Captain's House, however was very disappointed in breakfast today and the fact they no longer have buffet
