No manager on site, rent keeps going up with absolutely no upgrades.
Beautiful location
If I could give zero stars I would. Retaliation from previous management when asked to repair unit. Price raise with no bathroom door, tiles falling off my wall. Woodpeckers putting whole in the buildings everyday due to uncaring tenants throwing 5 bird feeders up. Been waiting over a year for repairs so I had a contractor come out. Got an estimate in 3 days... something this complex can't do apparently. Over WORST experience I've ever had living as a tenet. STILL dealing with all the above.
