We very strongly disagree with the negative review left previously by "Trinity." We rented an adorable unit from Dianne sight unseen from Texas. And when we arrived in Florida, Dianne and Len were both waiting to welcome us to our new home. They gave us tips and information to help us get settled and to get to know this area. As owners and landlords, we could not have asked for any better! Anytime anything was broken or in need of fixing...Dianne and Len would be out within 24 hours (or even sooner!) to get it done. I agree with Amy. Dianne has been nothing but helpful and accommodating while I have lived here. She did her best to have the property in good shape when I rented it. Cathy Phillips
Beware this property manager! She manufactures reasons to charge; has her "handyman" (husband) perform jobs which don't need doing. A true test of the rip off scheme that haunts property management companies!!!!!
