David absolutely stole $250 from my sister out of the security deposit and refused to own up to it or refund her. We have receipts proving he was stealing. never rent from this man EVER.
When looking for year a round housing they used to have the best for local people. But now not so great I have been looking and they are no help. I wish it was back to how it used to be when housing companies actually cared about the locals. Just saying.
Absolutely horrible experience.
I simply asked David why he was emailing me from a personal email instead of the “Sea Breeze Realty” email and made mention of his multiple negative reviews. I told him there are a lot of scams out there and asked if he had a legit website. His response, “ Sorry I am am not going to consider renting to you. Thanks for the negative comments. Try that again with your next landlord” My colleague also told me he rented from David Downing who tried to screw them over and take their deposit for no reason.
