The first customer arrived here on Nov. 8, 1997, proprietor Patty Burke recalls, after she'd spent a year attending twice weekly auctions to buy the antique furnishings she felt best suited to the 1923 house overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. Patty and her husband have added 1,000 square feet to the house and built a grand staircase and porch.
