Our complex is managed by SeaBreeze, I had a water leak from upstairs unit in August 2024, they repaired the leak in September, and told the Management co, we are at the end of January 2025 and my dry wall is still not replaced. The office girl called me last week 3 times not realizing she dialed the same number 3 times and got the same person on the phone, to tell me they have an open work order and did i still need the work done, all 3 times I gave her the same response, no work has been done yet and it has only been 4 mo... read more
