Sea breeze cms management is a Horrible management, they have no maintainace the place is filthy, the manager Michelle who manages here is Sea Breeze cms worst management company, unprofessional, and rude. There’s holes in the ground, letter boxes are crawling with cobwebs and bugs, and locks rusted,, there dog crap on the ground, mold, no lighting, cables cut and lying round. I live in one of the condos the is manage by Seabreeze, the grass is mostly weeds, they cut it sparingly and during summer time is tough to walk the dog, red ants are also a problem, but what got me is in 2024 my bank accidentally paid 2 payments in one month so one was recalled and they tried to cash it and it was returned. They started to bill me all kinds of fees totaling $527 on a $131 payment. After several calls and emails with no explanation they sent it to an attorney for collection so I paid the $526. Our complex is managed by SeaBreeze, I had a water leak from upstairs unit in August 2024, they repaired the leak in September, and told the Management co, we are at the end of January 2025 and my dry wall is still not replaced. The office girl called me last week 3 times not realizing she dialed the same number 3 times and got the same person on the phone, to tell me they have an open work order and did i still need the work done, all 3 times I gave her the same response, no work has been done yet and it has only been 4 mo... read more
