The Sea Aire Motel is a blast from the past. Right on the beach with great views of the Atlantic. Plenty of outdoor community space to enjoy the open "Sea Air." Close to restaurants, bars and rental shops. We surfed out front every day. 10 of 10 stars.
The closest place to moms house. Sk we stay alot. It is old Florida.
The best and most friendly place to stay in cocoa beach.
We stayed there as a one nighter in January 2016, What a quaint Little Peace of Heaven it was! Storms moved in so a walk on the beach was impossible, but we sat, sipped local Key Lime Wine and watched the surf come in until it was too dark. The gentleman that greeted us was very accomodating, pleasant and helpful with our questions on arriving in town :) Yes we will definately be back!
Great place. I love the retro feel. Everyone is friendly here. There's a lot of history here. The bed is very comfortable. There are great cookout facilities, swings to enjoy the beach, and direct beach access. I'd recommend this place to anyone. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious & included a refrigerator and stove. The pavilion & swings were very nice. Just a few steps to the beach! We will definitely be back!
