Gosh! Second time there and I got a young lady who thought it was just ok to drill my fingernail. When I pointed out that the nail was not "separating" she rudely told me, "Fine, i do what you say!" My nail was not separating as she suggested, it was fine. Then, I went to the trouble of giving them feedback privately via Facebook which they completely ignored. Once again, another sad business story.
I always get the nail results I want at Se7en Nails (sorry for always making you do crazy star and leopard print nails, Katie HAHA). Katie and Zack are both so welcoming and generous with their service. I'll still make the trip down to Sippy Downs for my one and onlys <3 We'll come and see you soon, I promise, and I'll bring Lu & Jordy too - Maleny misses you!
The attention to detail here is next level. Every step of both my mani and pedi was done with such care, you could tell they really take pride in their work. I came in with a broken nail and honestly expected an ugly outcome, but he went above and beyond to fix it and had me leaving with perfect nails. So impressed! High recommend.
