I had a great, thorough appointment and all of my issues were addressed. The best dentist I've been to!
Dr. Kim and Dr. Park both do quality work and have a good ‘bedside manner’. Very nice people. The office staff/technicians are also friendly and accommodating. There is some opportunity to improve in patient communication and being clear about next steps and after care follow up. Going to the dentist makes me anxious and I was frustrated that I thought I was at the finish line for my implants when there will be at least two more visits to complete (that I have to take time off of work and make a 1.5 hour round trip for). I was very impressed with the updated office and brand new equipment. Also, Dr. Kim went far past my expectations. I received a cleaning and everything went smooth and efficient. Thank you guys again!
